How this works, in full
Ballarat Plumbing Connect is a referral service. We are not a licensed plumbing business and we do not carry out plumbing work. Enquiries submitted here are passed to an independent licensed plumber operating in Ballarat, who contacts you directly and is solely responsible for quoting, scheduling and any work performed.
The steps
- You submit an enquiry. The form asks for your name, phone, suburb, what kind of job it is, how urgent it is, and a description. Email and postcode are optional.
- We record it. The enquiry is stored so we can confirm it was passed on and follow up if something goes wrong.
- We pass it to one plumber. Not a panel, not an auction. One independent licensed plumbing provider covering Ballarat: [ADD REFERRAL PARTNER NAME + LICENCE].
- They contact you directly. Expected response time: [ADD RESPONSE TIME]. They ask questions, quote the work, and book a time if you accept.
- You decide. There is no obligation at any point and no cost to you for the referral.
How we are paid
We may receive a referral fee or commission from the plumbing provider when a referred job proceeds. You pay nothing to us. We do not add a margin to the plumber's price and we do not see or control what they quote.
What we are not
- We are not a licensed plumbing business and do not carry out plumbing or gas work.
- We do not quote, set prices, or guarantee any plumber's workmanship, timing or attendance.
- We are not an emergency service. For a gas leak, call your gas distributor's emergency line.
- We do not publish reviews, ratings, licence numbers, awards or job counts we cannot verify. If you cannot see them on this site, it is because they have not been verified yet — not because they are hidden.
Your details
Your enquiry is shared with one plumbing provider so they can contact you. We do not sell your details to marketers or distribute them to multiple contractors. See the privacy page for specifics.
