Ballarat Plumbing Connect is a referral service. We are not a licensed plumbing business and we do not carry out plumbing work. Enquiries submitted here are passed to an independent licensed plumber operating in Ballarat, who contacts you directly and is solely responsible for quoting, scheduling and any work performed.

Nature of the service

Ballarat Plumbing Connect operates as an introduction service only. Submitting an enquiry creates no contract for plumbing work. Any contract is formed directly between you and the plumbing provider.

What we do not guarantee

• That a plumber will contact you, attend, or attend within any particular timeframe.
• The price, quality, timeliness or compliance of any work performed.
• That any provider holds current licences or insurance at the time you engage them — verify this yourself before work starts.

Referral fees

We may receive a fee or commission from the plumbing provider for referred work. This costs you nothing and we do not influence the price quoted to you.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. In an emergency, shut off the water or gas supply where safe and contact the relevant emergency or distributor line directly.
